How do you guys on Atkins track your food on here? I just added a shake to my food diary and it lists it as 10g carbs when it isn't..am I doing something wrong or do I just have to account for the fact that it over states?

Thank you!

You need to set your food diary to show net carbs. Go to your daily food diary and click on edit preferences...at very bottom, you can select the columns you want to show...select net carbs. Happy low-carb'ing!
