How do you guys on Atkins track your food on here? I just added a shake to my food diary and it lists it as 10g carbs when it isn' I doing something wrong or do I just have to account for the fact that it over states?

You need to set your food diary to show net carbs. Go to your daily food diary and click on edit very bottom, you can select the columns you want to net carbs. Happy low-carb'ing!

Red yeast rice worked for me. I now take it only intermittently, and my cholesterol is stable around 5.8. Good luck!

I think it's weight related - not a standard of so many glasses. Plus some people then add in activity level and environment variables. There's tons of calculators online.
