I participate in a women's cycling forum very regularly. Over the years I've found the input on this forum to be highly intelligent and useful.

This particular thread is a candid discussion from some of the members about food addiction, obesity and cycling. I found it incredibly insightful and I thought that others here would as well.

nothing works...
And if you have trouble getting the water down I find adding a little lemon juice magically makes it so much easier.
