I participate in a women's cycling forum very regularly. Over the years I've found the input on this forum to be highly intelligent and useful.

This particular thread is a candid discussion from some of the members about food addiction, obesity and cycling. I found it incredibly insightful and I thought that others here would as well.

what I would like to do is specify my maximum limit on a specific type of nutrition (carbs,fat,protein), also specify my minimum intake and a goal to aim for. I cannot see a way to do that on this site? ...

Yes. Check out Diet For A Small Planet (Frances Lappe). She teaches how to combine non-meat sources to make complete protein. Very healthy
