BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! To each their own if you can't help do us all a favor and don't judge us fatties/skinnies need support not a battle over who is wrong or right! Try what you know benefits you and your new lifestyle don't herd up with the diet crazed masses! Do something as simple as going back to basics as a foundation for YOUR special diet. Do whats best for you and get friends that want to help you not preach to you! With that note I'm going to day dream of a bag of fritos drenched in tabasco....sigh.....
I didn't get fat over night so I don't expect to get healthy that way either.

Someone pushing their own agenda, lol -- as for me, I'll just continue on doing Atkin's -- it has done WONDERFUL things for me over the last 2 years! At 51 years old, I am in the best health of my adult life Smile

I agree with Dlynne, this is not the place to advertise for your own benefit. This is a site for the support that we need to pursue our lifestyle change and become the healthy happy people we know we can be. I think that you should go and sell your idea's and page somewhere else.

Even as a non-low-carber, unless you have research to back up your opinion, don't post it here. Atkins works just fine for some people. As long as they are doing it right (eating healthy food!), we should just let them be. I've never had a lowcarber push their lifestyle on me.

epic link, i have posted here alot in the past and I am just getting back into tracking food more as summer has approached, I have had many comment on their successes but never push their way on me. Different ways work for different people its good to hear different approaches to build your own way that works for you....
