Hello0oo everyone
I have been using fatsecret for a while and it really motivates me as it keeps me in check with myself.. (may sound strange, I know).
Anyway to the point. I go to the gym and do a lot of interval training with weights, as well as cardio and other exercises targeting muscles in my body... which I enjoy. I am looking to, for lack of a better description.... stip the last few cms from just under my belly button- I am looking to get more of a 6 pack happening.
Does anyone know any exercise at all that you know can specifically target this group of muscles? I know it is supposed to be the hardest kind to get, but I am so so willing to try anything.
Anyway people enjoy the day.
My email is
rmsyth101@hotmail.com
if anyone has any ideas they can email me directly..
Thanks!

you can't target fat. it's genetic where fat is burnt and stored first. however, by tightening up your gut it will still improve the way you look.

in order to expose abdominals females have to get down to about 14% body fat depending on genetics and abdominal muscle development.

Try HIIT and core exercises. I've done Jillian Michaels' 30 day Shred and Ripped in 30 and feel that I am more defined and toned - I still need to lose about 20 lbs, but I think I'm getting there.

Instead of going to the gym a couple of time per week, I suggest breaking it down into smaller chunks.
So go for a 10-20 minute "sprint" (run) every day.
Drink 2 pints of water when you get up in the morning. Drink more water during the day.
Break your meals down into small chunks.
Don't eat 3 big meals. Instead eat 6 smaller ones spread out.
Eat foods that are easier to digest.
Try and cut out the sugar because this is turned into fat.
Water will flush out the toxins.
Have you tried cleansing??
My current diet regime and philosophy....
Eat a healthy diet. A tuna salad takes less energy to digest than a steak.
Have more energy, eat right. Drink more water. Water increases energy, flushes toxins and controls metabolism to help lose weight. 10-20 minute run/sprint every day.
Check out this workout I found to help me lose weight recommended by Dr Oz. Anyone joining me let me know.

Have you thought of joining an Atkins challenge? You can get as much or as little support there as you want to have. :)

How often do you weigh yourself? I guess the longer that you wait between weighs would be much more exciting. yay!
