Taking the weekend off from counting calories, so I hope that everyone has a safe, happy, and healthy weekend!
We're doing finger foods -- or as fancy folk call them, "Hors d'oeuvres". It will be much healthier than foods you have to eat with a fork.
Because I'm gluten, egg, and dairy free, our menu is a little bit funky, but fun. What are y'all having for Easter? What's your plan for eating healthy?Menu (only the stuff I can eat):
-Shrimp & crab with cocktail sauce
-Lox & vegan cream cheese on gluten free crackers
-Salami vegan cream cheese rolls
-Honeybaked Ham & Turkey
-Fruit tray (melon, strawberries, grapes, apples)
-Corn chips & salsa
-Jello cake (OK, this is the least healthy thing)
