Hello everyone! After quitting smoking in January, gaining too much weight I am back and wish to restart my journey. This time I am going to do Atkins as WW for me has way too many carbs. My question is, is there a way for me to change my diet plan and starting weight on Fatsecret? I have looked and couldn't find out where to do that. I would like to delete my prior weight as it is too depressing Crying or Very sad and enter my current weight with a start date of 4/9/12. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks, Mary
I you really want it, you'll find a way. If you don't, you'll find an excuse!

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
