I'm on induction phase, and wondering how much cheese I can eat. I've been eating queso freso- it says it has no carb on the package.

I love cheese too and eat a LOT of it - stay under your carb limit and make sure you get enough fiber/veggie's or it will constipate you. Turst me it's not pretty! GOOD LUCK!

Right a permanent change is the only way to keep it off once you los it. Best is slow and develop a new way of eating healthier, add some exercise.
