Does Weight Watchers have a dine-out companion guide? I am looking for a points value list for restaurants and fast food joints.Question

http://www.dwlz.com/restaurants.html is a great site with tons of restaurants listed with WW Points Plus points as well as the points on the old plan.

I am just looking for a place where I can check points values for some of my fav food joints. My friends and I meet up at least once a week for a meal, I am a flexatarian so I believe the guide will help me to make smart choices rather than emotional ones....

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
