Sometimes we can think we're following Atkins Induction phase to a T, but in reality it's not always the case -- and that can cause frustration, confusion, and lowered weight loss than what we've come to expect.
Like someone mentioned above, berries are not allowed until Phase 2 (Ongoing Weight Loss), and Pinot Grigio (or any other alcohol, for that matter) is not allowed until you're off Induction. Alcohol will kick you out of Ketosis for sometimes up to a week, depending on the individual.
Also, please try to eat more calories. You're (on average) getting WAY below what your body needs just to survive! Your Base Metabolic Rate (BMR) is the MINIMUM amount of calories you should be consuming each day in order to NOT throw your body into starvation mode -- which will slow your metabolism down as much as 40%!

and it will calculate your BMR for you. Then shoot for at least that many calories per day.
Your percentages of fat/protein/carbs looks good! I think if you just make a few tweaks to your menu and add some calories, you'll be surprised at how the weight will start coming off. You CAN do it!
