Hi-I have been doing this boot camp for 5 months now. I have only lost 2 pounds on the scale but have gained 20 plus pounds in muscle and totally transformed my bod! I'm ready to lose the weight on the scale, any advice as this seems that it's not going to happen.

Hello finding what works and is sustainable for you is key. Also burning more calories then what we consume is part of the equation too. This journey is a marathon and not a sprint. Good luck
