Ok. Juicing does work. Doesn't mean you have to cut everything out. I juiced & still ate too. Follow your calorie count still. But I totally felt more energy & satisfied through the day juicing for breakfast & snack. Ate a reasonable lunch, & juiced for a snack again. Then ate dinner & then juiced before bed. I say give it a go. All you need is a Jack La Lane juicer or equal. JL juicer is under $100 if you need one. I feel good!
