Hi....was wondering if anyone had long term experience with the Fluidity Bar...besides using it to hang laundry Very Happy I am looking to tone and to help my back through stretching and strengthening. Any input would be appreciated. I have done Pilates...just wanted something else. Thanks.

Resistance exercises in the home for a 50+ female
Pilates changed my life and mind and it is WONDERFUL for someone with back problems. Great for strength and resistance training.
