I have stocked my frigerator with such good low carb foods I'm having trouble getting 20 gr. Is this a big problem? I'm doing good on calories.

eat more veggies, that should give you more carbs, and is helpful and good for you. You should be eating at least 12 carbs just from veggies. As long as you are doing good on veggies, and eating mostly real foods (not processed foods, and not many fake sugars) then you will be just fine!

I see your average daily fiber intake is only about 3 grams. It should be 25 - 30 grams per day. You might want to get your fiber up and drink plenty of water to keep the ketones flushed from your body/kidneys and to help keep the constipation monster away.

ECO Atkins for a skinny vegetarian with a belly
This would be a good question for the nutritionist over on the atkins.com boards. Colette Heimowitz is her name. Post your question with her name in the title and she will respond.

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
