I used to be AFRAID of the scale. with the help of fatsecret & my Dr I look forward to my monthly weight in now. I am 80 lbs away from my goal and it may seem like alot to some of you but when I started on this journey I needed to lose half an adult size person so I just want to encourage one person today to keep up the fight it's not easy but it can be done with hard work and determination. how come FatSecret numbers dont add up?
