I used to be AFRAID of the scale. with the help of fatsecret & my Dr I look forward to my monthly weight in now. I am 80 lbs away from my goal and it may seem like alot to some of you but when I started on this journey I needed to lose half an adult size person so I just want to encourage one person today to keep up the fight it's not easy but it can be done with hard work and determination.
