Does anyone know any glute workouts (easy, moderate, or hard), that do not work the quads?

I have (over- [in my opinion])defined quads, and have only found glute workouts that build quads too.

Any ideas?

Training to heart zones effectiveness?
Thanks! I was suspicious that this might be the case. I will use the lower intensity workouts only on recovery days.
