Congrats on the 10 lbs. That is great. But why would you say that it isn't the best diet? You should be eating at least 12-15 carbs in veggies a day. Veggies are good and, yes, this does work. That is why I eat low carb.
I'm thinner today than I was yesterday but not as thin as I will be tomorrow. One day at a time.

Have you read any of Dr Atkins' books? I've read a couple of them and think that this WOE is very healthy. I have never tried to eat this much vegies. I think it is the best way of eating I've ever tried. I feel so much better after this past month!

And when you can dip it in yummy dips or guacamole or drizzel it with butter-who can resist? My Sister went OFF on how unhealthy this diet is and thanks to reading the book and FS site, I now know how to fight back. It is not unhealthy! Drink lots of water to clear the ketones from your kidneys. What's unhealthy is all of us being so overweight! Thanks to Adkins, I'm healthier!

Getting discouraged
Just start following your plan again. Simple as that! Back at it! ;) My Dr. actually advised one cheat day a week within reason!

RND ROB you did it great but it is rarely applicable for everyone because of less motivation towards workouts we mostly try managing our weight through diet control so it is gonna be a harmful practice ...
