I could use a Buddy! I am on day four of the induction phase and I would love to have someone thats also doing this diet to help me along and also to find meal ideas with. I dont want to get in a rut eating the same thing everyday thats why i quit the last time. I love this diet because of the quick weight loss!

Hi, I have been following Atkins since the first of last December, I have lost almost 30 pounds so far, it has been real easy for me to follow, which is a big surprise to me. I was a sugar holic and have had NO trouble staying off the sweets, for the most part, granted there was one or two times when I slipped. Just besure to eat enough protien at each meal and you shouldn't get hungry between meals.
I would love to be one of your buddies.

Hi, I'm on day 4 today! How are you doing so far? I feel I'm doing pretty good... haven't check my weight yet, but I think I need to wait a full week before I check. And then only check once a week. I too have recently had a baby and now it's time to get back into shape and smaller jeans Smile

Lovely feeling, sometimes inch loss is much better than what the scales say, as they are so many variables that affect weight :)

I'm still new to this site myself, but when you click to add a food, on the left side should be a "my cookbook", if you have a recipe in there you can just click on it to add to your food ...
