I could use a Buddy! I am on day four of the induction phase and I would love to have someone thats also doing this diet to help me along and also to find meal ideas with. I dont want to get in a rut eating the same thing everyday thats why i quit the last time. I love this diet because of the quick weight loss!

Hi, I have been following Atkins since the first of last December, I have lost almost 30 pounds so far, it has been real easy for me to follow, which is a big surprise to me. I was a sugar holic and have had NO trouble staying off the sweets, for the most part, granted there was one or two times when I slipped. Just besure to eat enough protien at each meal and you shouldn't get hungry between meals.
I would love to be one of your buddies.

Hi, I'm on day 4 today! How are you doing so far? I feel I'm doing pretty good... haven't check my weight yet, but I think I need to wait a full week before I check. And then only check once a week. I too have recently had a baby and now it's time to get back into shape and smaller jeans Smile
Oh and Great job 1Sista !! 30 pounds down! I can't wait until I can say that too Smile

Hi! Today is my day one of the Atkins. I am really looking for a buddy or more to help keep me motivated and drop this weight. My biggest obstacle is trying to find the right food with the right size for this phase. Any tips?
