I have moved between 14stone (196lb) and 18 stone (252 lb) more than 6 times over the past 30 years. In the past I've lost weight by running, starting in extreme anguish and improving to marathon standard - 2 years fit, then bored, stop and pile the weight back on. At 57 my knees have surrendered and running is out.
I found this App in early January 12 and by the 18 th February I've lost 26 lbs by dieting and golf. Started at 232lbs and now 206lbs. If your serious about losing weight get this App and trust it.

WHY JOURNAL
Thanks guys for your responses. My only add to this note above is: At the end of my weekly weigh ins, I am asked if I journal every day. That is the other reason why I journal! Cheers~GBU~Ann

Eating Consciously
When I am eating something really delicious I will even close my eyes so I can fully enjoy the taste of it. Since I am making my food portions I always eat everything on the plate ;-)
