My sister passed away last wednesday so I have been very depressed all throughout the week. I got off track with my diet because I turned to food to combat my depression. I gained 2 lbs so far this week. I'm trying to "restart" my diet but I just don't have the motivation right now....

So sorry for your loss.. Sad I'm guessing your sister would want you to be happy and healthy, so don't think of this as your diet, but as your tribute to your beloved sister..

Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.

I am sharing your feelings. My sister had passed away years ago and I can't prevent myself from missing her.

Hope that you'll be okay soon

So sorry for your loss. It is hard to lose a loved one and we all cope in different ways. You may try to do some exercise, just getting going may help you get some of those feelings out. When my mother-in-law, who I was extremely close to, passed away I found that doing a kickboxing DVD was a great way to get some of the feelings out that I didn't want everyone to see. I even found myself crying while doing it sometimes. Also, like erika said this could be a tribute to your sister. I hope you can find some peace in this tough time.

BMI
According to my BMI I should weigh 115-154. I only use it to estimate what weight range I should head for, although I know it's not always an accurate indicator.

Is Quitting An Option???
One of the biggest thing I had to learn was not to quit after 1 slip up. Usually the guilt got the best of me, but I handle it a lot better now.
