So, I realize that I am gonna look like a blood hound for a bit after losing 45 pounds (and Still going) But does anyone know how to get rid of "Man Boobs" faster? I know its dumb, but it bugs me. Its bad enough that I look like a pear skin filled with mashed potatoes, but the boobs gotta go. FYI, my legs are good, I am just a pear shaped guy!

If it is just remaining fat and extra skin, there is nothing you can do but keep losing weight and pray that they will start shrinking (kind of opposite to what most women hope for during weight loss). If you do some weight lifting, building muscles might help you reshape your body, but will not speed up reduction of fat in a particular spot. Men have same breast tissue as women, and in some not so rare cases it gets over grown. In that case weight loss by itself won't help. If you suspect it might be the case talk to your doctor.

I have lost a significant amount of weight, and have loose skin all over, except my legs. I am going for surgery in a few months to solve this. I am told by my doctor that there really isn't a way to fully compensate other than surgery, or - of course - to simply evaluate whether it's so bad that one can't simply accept it and live with it.

I've resigned myself to the fact I must build my upper body in order to balance out that loose skin scenario you are describing - I am also blessed with a "pear" shape...
Goal 1 - 200lbs - reward - Go sky diving...
Goal 2 - 175lbs - reward - get my tattoo...
Goal 3 - enter a 5k before my 40th birthday - reward? Being able to say I did it!!

I'd look into hormones- I think that's a sign of higher estrogen levels in men (yes, you have estrogen too!) You might be able to find some tips to better balance your hormones.

Burpees - Correct Form
I have a love/hate relationship with burpees but they are a great "all in one" exercise. It's easy to get tired and lose form. Thought this was a good video to share. [url=http://yout ...
