i know it's between 60-70 %, but how many grams of fat should we get in a day?

It depends on your hunger. One of the challenges with Atkins is to try and listen to your body and learn to differentiate between feeling full and feeling stuffed. Also learning to recognize hunger from... I don't know what to call it, lets say emptiness. It's been a while since I've read the book but I don't think there is a set amount of Fat to consume.
