Bon Voyage. It is possible to eat healthy even on a cruise. However most people, me included, gain a lot of water weight. Don't know why, may be high sodium. I heard it from shop assistant in a ship boutique that most women have trouble with ring sizes because their fingers swell while on board. So don't get too scared when you weight in after return. I was back to normal in about a week.

i had problems with my feet last july when i was in florida.... they were "swollen" because of the wet heat....or with other words: water was stuck in my feet Smile i had problems with fitting in some shoes... but don't worry. usually you walk a lot on vacations (okay, maybe not on a cruise, but the other days? at least i do...) and with that, you will have a good balance....

There is so much variety of food on a cruise you should be fine. There is also so many activities, you'll get plenty of exercise. Just be sure to keep moving and enjoy yourself.
