Since most Americanized chinese restaurants have a lot of the same dishes, is there a way of establishing a section for chinese take-out? And does anyone know where one might find a list of nutritional values for such meals? I had to manually add an entry for steamed chicken and chinese vegetables, which is common to many family owned restaurants.

Can't you look up a chain like PF Changs? That's what I usually do when I'm looking for Mexican food, for example, I check out Chevy's or something like that. Its only going to be a rough estimate, though, so make sure you don't eat those things every often!
