When entering my exercises/ activities for the day, I tried to be right on as much as possible. SO my question is...I work at a desk so I enter that I do desk work for 8 hours. But does that also count as sitting as well or is sitting when I'm at home? Little confused about this!

The 8 hours of desk work would include just your work day. It won’t be 100% accurate because I’m sure you stand and have to walk places etc. but it should be close. You’re at home sitting time is calculated under resting. Hope this helps
