I feel you. The past couple of days I've just wanted...something. Can't figure out what! The first day I ended up eating 2 atkins bars and felt a bit better, but I also chugged a bunch of water and just avoided the kitchen. If there had been anything like biscuits in the house I don't think I could have dealt.
My only saving grace has been that in the past I took the time to portion out some things so I absolutely know what I'm doing and can't avoid it by guestimating my amounts.
My advice is keep keeping up on yourself - don't just toss today to the side and eat on the bad stuff. Make some bacon and eggs for dinner, drink as much water as you can handle, and distract yourself from the food. Its tough but you can do it! Good job holding yourself accountable, keep it up.
