I was listening to Jillian Michaels pod cast this afternoon on Debunking the Plateau and I really enjoyed it. She talks about the plateau being a myth. That it is really us not paying attention to detail. I really believed in what she was saying. All of her pod casts are great. So everyone go to itunes and subscribe to them. They are great, even if you don't agree with everything she's saying, you can't deny that she knows her stuff. It's nice to hear another opinion too. I enjoy listening to at the gym, especially on boring cardio equipment.

Thank you for the recommendation. I really like Jillian Michaels. I miss seeing her on the Biggest Loser. So, this is just the right fix for my walks. ( :

"Plateau" is such a loaded term, too- we could all do with a refresher course.
Love the segment of the JM show where she answers callers' questions- this may be the part of the show where I learn the most because we all struggle with similar issues.

I agree Nat. I always look forward to the last bit when she talks to her listeners. She covers some very interesting topics. It's the perfect way to mix up my cardio workouts too. I wish she recorded her podcasts once a week. I wouldn't mind more.
