There are lots of good recipes on the site under Recipes. With that said, I wish someone would start a low carb/Atkins friendly recipe group. It would be easier to sift through.

Sometimes I will look at my buddies' or other members' cookbooks that are doing a low carb diet for ideas.

Google searches are great as well. I was able to find a few recipes for enchilada casseroles without the tortilla, and some with low carb tortillas.

there are a ton of atkins groups- just go to the groups tab and use the search box on the right- there are a lot of good choices for you!

I have seen a ton of Atkins groups. I belong to a couple myself. But I was not able to pull up any "recipe" groups in this category. Let me know if there is one.

Try my ultra low-carb PIZZA ... yes ... I said PIZZA!

Use parchment paper to line a cookie sheet. Lay down a few slices of black forest ham (not too thinly sliced) and top it with tomato sauce and whatever veggies you like (green/red pepper, mushrooms, red onion, pineapple, etc) ... a little feta and low-fat mozza. Bake at 350-F for 20 minutes. You have to eat it with a knife & fork ... but it's awesome!

ENJOY!
