I think that the best way to lose weight is to get your portions down, balance your carbs and protein, and keep fats under 10g per meal. If you are doing all that and weight isn't going down, cut back on the portions, but maintain frequent small meals.

I don't see why not really. The only thing is that the meds might lower your metabolism slightly but that shouldn't have much affect.

Yes, I am talking about muffins in a mug. They really fill me up and I don't eat more than 3 a day (3 meals, mostly 2). I track them and fit into my daily totals.
