Hi there!! I'll be your buddy if you want? Though I'm only to lose 17kg I'm not sure what that amounts to in pounds though..

Though my goal is not quite 170 pounds to lose, we have almost the same starting weight, I'm a college student and I could definitely use a buddy. Smile

I don't have much to lose, but I've lost a lot. I don't go to school, but I like to think I have a "young mind". Feel free to add me if you think I fit your profile. Smile

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Well I'm doing my own diet, and I am just starting.

Mostly vegetables and fruits
WATER WATER WATER
Dairy is good
Meats- More Poultry and fish, less pork and beef
Lots of beans, rice, etc..
did I mention WATER?
Sauces and dressings in moderation
Breads & Pasta's in moderation ( which will be hard for me !)
Additional Vits & Minerals (I'll be starting these in a few weeks)
& a few more that I just cant think of...

Exercise starting at 3x a week, then moving up gradually..

It's so nice to find people who have similar goals to me. Almost everyone I know is either average or almost to their goal. This is awesome.

Well right now I'm doing Atkins....I have set up mini goals for me. I have 100+ to lose...my highest weight was 308. Becausee 100 just seems so impossible in my mind, setting my mini goals at 20-25lbs just convinces me that it won't be that bad.

Hi,

It would be great to have a diet buddy on here, I have 95.6 lbs to lose and I know all the support you can get helps. I don't go to school but I am 27 years old, I work full time, while trying to get my own company on its feet.

Feel free to add me, and message me any time!! Smile

Hi everyone! I'm new here too (downloaded the app a few months ago and didnt do much with it until now) and would love some buddies! I am 5'10 and 293 pounds. My goal is to lose 100 pounds although 120 to 130 would be a dream come true. I am a work at home mom, cleaning offices on weekends and watching my neice and nephew during the week so that I can stay home with my 3 and a half year old daughter. I just started working out 5 days a week and for my diet I will focus on high protein, low carb (under 100 a day and the carbs I do eat are from whole grains or vegetables) and lots of water. Like I said, I'm new here so Im not sure how to be friends with someone, I will be trying to figure it out but in the mean time, feel free to request me to be your friend! I look forward to embarking on this journey with you guys!

Hi there! I am a 29 5'8 stay at home mom, I have five kiddos. I weighed in at a little over 275lbs in the beginning of May, today I just weighed in at 168.6. I just want to let you know I am here if you need any support or a friend. I still have another 13lbs to go(seems to come of the slowest ). I love this site, keeps me motivated and in check! Good luck on your journeys!
