Well I'm doing my own diet, and I am just starting.

Mostly vegetables and fruits
WATER WATER WATER
Dairy is good
Meats- More Poultry and fish, less pork and beef
Lots of beans, rice, etc..
did I mention WATER?
Sauces and dressings in moderation
Breads & Pasta's in moderation ( which will be hard for me !)
Additional Vits & Minerals (I'll be starting these in a few weeks)
& a few more that I just cant think of...

Exercise starting at 3x a week, then moving up gradually..

Well right now I'm doing Atkins....I have set up mini goals for me. I have 100+ to lose...my highest weight was 308. Becausee 100 just seems so impossible in my mind, setting my mini goals at 20-25lbs just convinces me that it won't be that bad.

I just want to let you know I am here if you need any support or a friend. I still have another 13lbs to go(seems to come of the slowest ). I love this site, keeps me motivated and in check! Hey! I am also doing low carb/ atkins.....I have about the same amount to lose (100) with a final goal weight of 150-170.
