OK - Day 3 of healthy eating, drinking, exercising and sleeping. Wow! I feel pretty good right now! It's amazing to me how quickly you can get off track and become unhealthy. For me, it's like I make one bad choice and I'm back to all of my old habits. I post this to remind myself how good I feel right now and all that it took was a little preparation each night. I need to be good to my body... it's my temple =)

Way to go! That's definitely the right mindset to be in- it's not about denial or punishment, its about treating your body right (and respecting yourself in the process!) Keep up the positive changes! Very Happy

I do like the reminder that any bad choice that trigger a downward slide. We all make them from time to time but if we remind ourselves that they sometimes have greater consequences, maybe we'll think twice before hitting up that plate of chocolate dipped sugar cookies at the reception desk (hypothetically speaking, of course.....)

just eat them....love avocados sandwich idea avocado, tomato slices, cheese,on healthy whole wheat bread. Best when tomatoes are in season.

You are doing great! I have a hard time getting motivated to exercise. Does getting up and down off the floor with my four year old count?
