I am just starting up also. I don't have any diet buddies, so thought this would be a good way to journal and keep track of what I am doing. Seems the scale moves ever so slowly.. so hoping this adds a little bit. Joined the biggest loser challenge starting up on the 26th for a little added incentive. Maybe we can all keep each other motivated!

Before and After, anyone?
I did it during my last bulk, and now I'm cutting on a 2300 cal diet, vice 1800 last time. This proves 2 things, 1: I gained muscle in my last bulk, and 2: improved my metabolism.
