I am just starting up also. I don't have any diet buddies, so thought this would be a good way to journal and keep track of what I am doing. Seems the scale moves ever so slowly.. so hoping this adds a little bit. Joined the biggest loser challenge starting up on the 26th for a little added incentive. Maybe we can all keep each other motivated!

im doing it
I dont find time to calculate calories and keep track but it really put me in place when I did so I've kept it up in I'm still loosing weight but now I exercise too so I'm calculating exercise ...
