I am just starting up also. I don't have any diet buddies, so thought this would be a good way to journal and keep track of what I am doing. Seems the scale moves ever so slowly.. so hoping this adds a little bit. Joined the biggest loser challenge starting up on the 26th for a little added incentive. I just wanted to say something!
try one tablespoon of olive oil and 1/3 cup of either almonds/walnuts/pistachios every morning. That worked for me.
