Congrats to weighing less in 2012

I just want to congratulate everyone who is starting out 2012 weighing less than they did in 2011. I think it is important to look back and see what you have achieved and look forward to setting new goals for success. During my leaner years, I always felt good weighing less in December than I did the previous January. Many of us have had significant accomplishments this year. This is the first year in many that I accomplished this goal. Thanks to FS, bodymediafit, and a whole lot of motivation I have been able to shed 50 lbs. this year. I am looking forward to losing another 40 lbs. in 2012.
