Can anyone help me figure out how to reset the exercise diary? It won't let me change the number of hours of housework I did--I know I didn't just do 24 hours worth!

I think you click on it and then reduce it for whatever amount you said you did it for. One time I said I did badminton for 1 hour but I actually did something else for an hour so I had to go in, take away the hour and then it deleted it. I hope that helps!

Swollen ankles???
Hot dogs have a good deal of sodium in them per portion...just thought I'd mention it. For people having circulation problems and/or water retention my docs usually recommend no more than 1500 a day ...
