i just loaded the fatsecret app onto my blackberry...i love it! one question i have however is how do you set the settings on the exercise diary...i cant figure out resting vs sleeping and how to properly set it

After you enter your activity and the length of time you did it for... then it asks you "did you do this activity instead of resting (16 hrs) or sleeping (Cool and I just click the resting one and it will do all the caluculations for you. the important thing is that you record your activity and times each day to keep track of what you are doing and over time you will see how much calories and excercise you really have to do to loose a pound or two.

I can't unfortuantely get the recorded stuff on the BB to enter on to my on-line account I set up. I think I should have set up the BB account first... have you been able to get your recordings to record on the website on-line?

My calculate RDI is 1500 calories a day but when i track my stuff it shows as 1768 in my exercise?
Have you read the Adkins book? they now have their complete newly revised plan on their website, free for anyone. This may answer many of your questions.
