When recording exercises choose other and it's lets you input the description of the exercise, length of exercise, and calories burned.

Yeah, most of my posts are "Other..." WAAAY at the bottom of the list on my phone app Sad Wish they'd put "Other" at the top of the list.

Legs and Thighs
Have you found the exercise Brazil butt lift? I would like to gain tone but not build heavy, thick looking legs. Is this possible? Also need suggestions for upper body with the same philosophy.
