I have a Nuwave and it is one of the best cooking items for good eating. I cooked boneless chicken last night with broccoli. It cooks fast and well worth the price. Do any of you have a Nuwave, if so what do u cook in it?
here is a picture. I add some ranch and chesse. ONLY 300 cals.

here is the link and you can look it up on youtube to see how it works.
one of the best cooking that I have and very healthy way to cook. If you are on a low carb diet this is what you need or just to eat better.

Happy to see this post. I have a NuWave oven as well, and really enjoy using it. It is especially helpful for my Atkins based diet. Just last night, I cooked thin center cut pork chops (lightly salt, pepper and garlic powder on each side and then cook 6 minutes on each side on the 4" rack). Concurrent with the pork chops cooking, I take a head of broccoli, break it apart, put a tablespoon or two of olive oil, salt and pepper on the broccoli and cook it in the bottom pan of the NuWave while the chops cook. Excellent.

We also cook chicken, steak, asparagus, and many other things in it. Absolutely love it!!

If u have a NeWave I have a question. I got a can of salmon,5 crackers and
1 egg. I mixed it and made 4 patties then cooked it for 6 mins. On each side.
When done it was not brown so I put it in for another min. So was not sure if I should eat the salmon
Because it did not look done. I did eat it. The question is should I have ate the salmon?
I hope I done get sick.
