I started on Tues and am doing ok. I do have a question are you suppose to have zero sugar on the induction.. If you have a few grams in salad dressing is that ok?

Good for you. I support you. I am on that journey. Although I don't have Diabetes(lucky) I never want to. It took my Dad away from us. Not going to happen. Good Luck!
