Need help big time!!!

Hi all, i need help trying to chose a diet! i gained alot of weight during summer and im feeling disgusted!! Can someone pleaseeee give me tips on how to lose weight and maybe give me a menu of how you guys are losing weight cause im about to lose my mind. I was planning on having 50g rice wih veggies for lunch and chicken for dinner and youghurt as a snack. How does that sound?

Dorva, You may want to look around at the different types of diets here on Fat Secret and see what looks like something you would be able to adopt as lifestyle, and not a diet. I got fat trying to do low fat/low cal diets, but I've lost 40 lbs on various low carb diets. One size definitely does not fit all...
