Dorva, You may want to look around at the different types of diets here on Fat Secret and see what looks like something you would be able to adopt as lifestyle, and not a diet. I got fat trying to do low fat/low cal diets, but I've lost 40 lbs on various low carb diets. One size definitely does not fit all...
