Hi all, i need help trying to chose a diet! i gained alot of weight during summer and im feeling disgusted!! Can someone pleaseeee give me tips on how to lose weight and maybe give me a menu of how you guys are losing weight cause im about to lose my mind. Dorva, You may want to look around at the different types of diets here on Fat Secret and see what looks like something you would be able to adopt as lifestyle, and not a diet. I got fat trying to do low fat/low cal diets, but I've lost 40 lbs on various low carb diets. One size definitely does not fit all...

my opinion, that was $47 wasted. You don't have to spend money on fad diets, just eat the right foods.

Nutrisystem Fail...
Eat real food! Why pay the big $$$ for junk. Fresh fruits, veggies and proteins. Forget that processed stuff with all the chemicals and sodium.

need to drop weight fast.
Exercise, develop your body. Eat healthy nutritious foods, not junk. Don't try to lose weight fast or be too skinny for your build. Aim for healthy and toned.
