I am so excited because I need to lose about 2 more pounds to get to my goal weight! I have not seen this number on my scale since I was in my 20s-I am now in my 50s.
I love Shaklee's Cinch plan ( & this site that has helped me to get the new me.Very Happy

with you having your food journal set to private, nobody can have a look to possibly see where you may be going wrong..... also, if you aren't losing on the scales try using the tape measure, sounds ...

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
