Many people here do Atkins. Check you "myfatsecret" and see the activity for people recording weight, diet, exercise and journals. There are also a few active groups around.

Slow and steady weight loss is the only way to go. Trying to rush weight loss usually causes stalls and most definately causes really loose saggy skin.

I've lost 110 lbs now the realistic way and have a real nice body composition. There are no short cuts. So many people try and fail.

Just keep that in mind and you'll win the battle and the war on fat.
