Passed 75 lbs. this weekend. Still a long ways to go but all I can say so far is Woo Hoo!

Nice work! I just hit 30 lbs today, which puts me 75% of the way to my goal weight, less than 10 lbs to go. Doesn't it feel great to reach those milestones and know that all the hard work is paying off?

It's much easier than it used to be. You simply to go the Exercise entry that you put in and zero out the exercise to zero hours and zero minutes.
