I have been missing for a while and have not been doing what i'm suppose to but now is the time. I have to reach my weight goal my next June. Today is a new day and a new time in my life I'm ready now.

Me too! I've had a bad knee for the past 6 months and have gained 15 pounds which I didn't need in the first place. I have about 40 pounds to lose and would love some help in getting the weight off. I've tried to do it myself and it isn't working so am looking online for support.

with you having your food journal set to private, nobody can have a look to possibly see where you may be going wrong..... also, if you aren't losing on the scales try using the tape measure, sounds ...
