Woo-Hoo...Dy, 3 of Atkins Induction, and I'm feeling the sugar withdrawals FOR REAL! Headaches/ Dizziness, the whole bit! I'm definitely, motivated, Only 11 more days to go. Going to stick it out. Wish me luck!

Good luck! You will feel less of the withdrawal symptoms if you keep hydrated. Try drinking some broth to replenish minerals too. Also try eating something every 3 hours or so and that should help too. Hang in there.

Often we call that the Atkins flu - it is just the transitioning to fat burning - you are feeling the effect of having burn off your glucose energy and the body is not effective yet in ketosis energy but that should just last one day. If you are hungry eat fat/protein. Remember that hunger is your enemy as it causes bloodsugar instability and you are trying to avoid that.

It will get better, trust me! And as sararay said: definitely drink fluids, water and broth (not low sodium), it helps a lot.
