Good morning!I'm 34 and need to lose some weight. Actuall a lot of weight. My hubby isn't as interested anymore and I hate looking in the mirror. I wear the same outfits all the time because they are the only ones that fit. I can't do this alone. Please add me as a buddy.

You need to feel good about yourself. We all do. My entire image of myself changes when I commit myself to exercise. Others are commenting now too, so it must be more than just my self image. Diet is key of course as well. Eat junk...feel like junk. So young lady, what is your plan. I can't wait to hear. Once you have a plan in place, I'll cheer you on to the finish line. I've sent a friend request.

Thank you so much. Smile I have already swiched to diet soda a year ago and that's all i drink as far as soda goes. I don't know the first thing about eating healthy or counting calories. I live in Phoenix so I dont go outside much when its hot and I have real back issues so I don't do situps anymore. I need to not get up and eat cookies in the middle of the night, and I need to get some sort of exercise. I like ellipticals very much and when we move to our house I will use it. I used one when I first got sober and I liked it very much and was losing a bit of weight. I guess my plan is to try not to eat junk and especially if I'm sad or just bored. And will not ignore this site. I will remain accountable and weigh in and do my best to actually do the challenges I join.

I agree with Minimizeme! It's all about feeling good about who you are and taking care of your body! I've been trying to get back on track myself and it helps me to try and think about doing a little extra each day, even if it isn't a crazy long workout at the gym. Let's face it, sometimes that just doesn't fit in. The website is great for support and motivation. Trying to track all my calories has definitely helped me for sure. Best of luck and I'll send you a friend invite Smile

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Here's a great link to a free Half-Marathon Walk Training Schedule. You don't actually have to sign up for a half marathon, just following the schedule. http://walking.about.com/cs/marathontraining/l/blhalfmarathon.htm
