Started the ABS diet today. I did the diet strictly 4 years ago and lost 30 lbs and 3 sizes. It wasn't easy but I'm afraid it will be harder this time around. I was single then and had such a busy schedule that I lived off of prepared meals, there was little room or time to stray. Now I live with someone who has the largest metabolism I've ever seen and my will power is ziltch!

How does the diet work? Do I have to work out on the diet? I would love too but I can not because I injured myself. Doctors orders are to stay away for working out.

I say give it your best try, don't let the worries set in. I have a bunch of people in the house with big metabolisms too.

I make low carb shakes with cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla, and stevia. Whip up in the blender with ice cubes til slushy. Yum! and low carb low cal.

Any activity trackers that sync with FatSecret?
I'm debating on buying a FitBit Charge HR or a Jawbone Up3. I wish there was a tracker which would feed the activity to my FatSecret.

I've been making entries to weight on a weekly schedule and I have missed some. However, the last oh 4-6 entries are not showing up. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I am going to try and enter them ...

Eating so little will put your body into starvation mode. And that's not good - long term you could get ill, you need to eat a sensible amount for your weight.
