I am loosing weight everywhere else, but it seems like my fat belly takes a long time to melt. Any suggestion?

YOu're losing your belly fat as well...but it's just harder to detect. My suggestion is keep doing what you're doing as it's working. There's no way to spot reduce fat on your belly...so be patient.

Hi there. Don't be so hard on yourself. I binge too especially if it's some sort of stress, and I do not exercise every day of the week. So when you're ready again just get back to it.
