Starting BFC need a buddy!

Tried BFC before and I loved it. But when I fall off I devour sugar. I am a sugar addict! I believe I have to do without it completely. Very hard to do!!!! I want to start up again. Any successes out there?

I lost 51 lbs so far.To combat fatigue I take supplements, like ginseng, Raspberry Keytones and drink Green and Yerba Mate teas. My dream since my mother pasted away 5 years ago was to be able to wear her jeans. She was a size 8-10 when she passed away, but I have her 12 petites she wore when she was healthier. Anyways, I got brave this week and put on a light girdle and tried them on. I could actually zip & button them up!

Am I on right track
Hi guys. This is my reading for the day. Fat: 48.78 Carbs: 14.08 Sugar: 4.18, Nett Carbs 9.18 and Protien: 28.21 and Cals: 590. Does this sound right.
