Hi I am now at 154.6 and been on this plateau for six days so i could also use some support and i see you are into this and lost 29 pounds. congratulations!!!! I have to get down to around 130 or 125. So add me as a buddy Kimberly. Jane

Hey there I need to loose about 3o to get to my ideal weight for my height and age , however at 45 not sure if i can my ideal weight is 115, I have had 2 children that are now 19 and 21 so I think it's time for me now. Very Happy
