Is there a way you can change your diet on here? I am doing South Beach now and I do not see a place to change your Fat Secret.

Thanks

click "my fatsecret" at the top left corner, then once there go down to "my toolbox" along the left side and click "my diet" once there scroll down to the second box and it will give you the option to change your diet

You sure can...go to "My Toolbox" on the right. You will see "Change My Diet." Hope that helps!
