mim I tried it today and it made me feel sick and really didn't taste that great so if any one has suggestions to make it taste better I'm up for it . Or any other suggestions of making it taste better sooo gross . How do you eat them?

Try the pumpkin recipe and double the sweetener and spices. Spread with cream cheese before eating.

Today i added 1/2 tsp poppy seeds and 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract ( 1 full tsp would be have been better leave out cinnamon. I find tripling the batch and cooking in oven 6 muffin tin 350 for ten minutes, then when i want a serving (2) i slice in half and put in toaster oven then let butter melt over it. I also switched early on to the ground golden flax seed from Bob's Redmill.

where did you get the pumpkin recipe for it ? I will have to try to alter the recipe just didn't taste good at all

As for Pumpkin and other variations google "MIM and Atkins" and you will get a printable booklet of recipes.

Haven't tried it yet but lots of people substitute ground almonds for some of the flax.

I found that some of the MIM recipes just taste like a mouthful of baking powder. YUCK!!
